I offer virtual individual psychotherapy for adults across Ontario. Sessions are 45-minutes in length and are typically offered once weekly, twice weekly, or bi-weekly, depending on your preferences and goals. Rooted in a psychodynamic foundation, my approach is integrative and tailored to your needs, drawing on various modalities and techniques to create a therapeutic experience that aligns with your personal journey.

I have experience and training in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, complex trauma, and personality disorders. I also offer treatment to assist with navigating general life stressors and adjustments (i.e., loss, divorce, parenthood, occupational changes), interpersonal challenges, and chronic stress/burnout.
