Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

I offer virtual individual therapy for adults across Ontario. I work from a psychodynamic foundation while incorporating various therapeutic modalities and techniques, tailored to your individual needs. I have experience in working with diverse populations and presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and OCD. I also work with those navigating life stressors and adjustments, interpersonal challenges, and chronic stress.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling your initial appointment is easy! You can click here to book a convenient time for your free 15-minute initial consultation. If none of the available times work for you via the link, feel free to contact me via email, phone, or text and I'd be happy to find a time that better suits your schedule. From there, we can find a time for our initial session if this feels like the right fit for you. I offer flexible scheduling options including once-weekly, twice-weekly, or bi-weekly appointments to fit seamlessly into your routine.

What can I expect during a therapy session?

Your therapy sessions are a place for you to decompress and explore whatever may be on your mind. You can expect a safe and empathetic environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings. I will listen attentively and work collaboratively with you to explore solutions and promote personal growth.

"May we honour the space between where we are and where we are going. The in-between is sacred too."
